The food was fantastic and the amenities were top-notch. The hot springs were especially relaxing, and the scenery around the property was breathtaking. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions and restaurants.
We didn't have the best experience during our romantic escape. The room was not as clean as we expected, and there was an odor in the bathroom that was unpleasant.

The food served was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. the private onsen with a stunning view was an enjoyable experience. the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and offers a free pick-up service.
Although the hotel was architecturally and design wise beautiful, some parts of the grounds looked sad and neglected. the staff's communication about TV availability was poor, and there was no minibar in the room.

We recently had the most really good hotel experience in Niseko. The rooms at this luxurious architectural masterpiece were magnificent, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing us with very nice views. The private onsen was a true highlight, great to relax and unwind in complete privacy. The attention to detail by the staff was unparalleled, from the warm greetings to the perfect service throughout our stay. The kaiseki meals were a culinary delight, showcasing high-quality ingredients and exquisite flavors. We also indulged in soothing massages that added the perfect touch of relaxation to our trip. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel experience we have ever had, and we can't wait for the opportunity to return. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a extraordinary stay.

The hotel location is convenient for connecting to the nearby station as pick up and set down options are available. the rooms boast an incredible view and come with private onsens. the kaiseki meals served are delicious and the staff is attentive to every detail.
The decor of the hotel grounds leaves much to be desired, as it appeared to be neglected and sad in parts.
